Work with Toby
Perhaps you’ve been considering therapy for some time, but remain nervous to try it. That’s ok. Many clients come to therapy reluctantly, uncertain about how the process will work.
Working with Toby Beach is an easy, step-by-step process. The first session is a get-to-know-you, where the client and Toby determine if they have the right chemistry to work together and want to continue. Subsequent sessions are interactive. “Clients are always pleasantly surprised by how interactive our sessions are,” Toby says. “Some have come from therapists that sit and stare at them. That will never happen in my office!”
Clients tell Toby what they’re facing, and her expertise guides her to pick up on patterns in client stories to identify pieces of the puzzle that they may not be aware of. Toby then shares these items in session, to discuss and explore it on a deeper level.
