Directions

The 300 building is located between Woodward Avenue and Old Woodward in the center of downtown Birmingham on the southeast corner of Maple and Old Woodward.

​

There is a walkway between Pernoi and the Italian Dish with a decorative wall fountain. Across from the fountain is a door marked '300' leading to a small lobby and elevator.

​

If you're coming from Maple, take the walkway under the green awning with Pernoi on it.

​

I am located in Suite 315 on the 3rd floor.

Parking possibilities:

  • The lot on Peabody just next to the outdoor seating for Pernoi (has a Ceresnie and Offen sign outside the booth)

  • The City of Birmingham Peabody lot

  • The City of Birmingham Park St. lot near Brown Street offers the first 2 hours fee

  • Metered one hour parking on the North and West sides of the building
